
what I had for breakfast this morning:
put three cups cold water and one cup quinoa in a small saucepan. bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 2o minutes. combine one cup of the cooked quinoa in a bowl with some almond milk, fresh fruit, and a pinch each of salt & cinnamon.
